If you think you really need 1kw then get the Coolmax. I would get the Thermaltake or OCZ. I have that Thermaltake in my main gaming rig and it has not failed me yet.

The OCZ 700 is an awesome PSU we have three of these and they are stable. I have an 780i, e8400, 8800gtx overclocked close to 4ghz on one of them. If you want another great PSU try these.

Modular Cabling

Modular Cabling is it good or bad? I know it will help with cable management, but they could come out and i like un-interrupted power.

For how easy it makes things, get modular. I have a Coolmax Green Power, cant remember the specs though.
